COUSA BBQ

COUSA BBQ

February 2014 – Consistency is the name of the game and the Cowboy Outfitters USA  (COSUA) cowboys are staying consistent across the rodeo country. At the Rapid City Stock Show, Elliot Jacoby split 2nd in the bull riding while Jesse Bail split 2nd in the saddle bronc.  In the Xtreme Bulls, Corey Maier split 2nd as well.  Josh Rivinius, our bull fighter, was once again selected to fight bulls at the Rapid City Stock Show.  Continuing in the North, Jesse Bail took the win in Bismarck, ND in the saddle bronc. While in the southern part of the country, Jacob O’Mara and Corey Maier split 2nd in Belton, TX.  Trey Benton placed 2nd in the Xtreme Bulls in San Antonio, TX while Cody Teel took 4th, Ardie Maier 6th, and Chandler Bownds 8th.  Trey Benton, Chandler Bownds, and Wesley Silcox all picked up some money in San Angelo, TX.  Eliot Jacoby split second in Bay City, TX. Kaycee Feild dominated Tucson, AZ in the bareback with 176 points on two head.  In the CBR, Cody Teel has continued to be a force to be reckoned with as he took the win in Lufkin, TX. Outside the arena, we held our 3rd Annual COUSA BBQ for the Warrior & Family Support Center (W&FSC) in San Antonio, TX.  We have also been busy getting ready for our First Annual COUSA Rodeo Camp.   We have High School rodeo kids signed up from North Dakota, to Oklahoma, to Texas.  The Rodeo Camp will be held May 8-11 and we can’t wait!
